My name is Natalie, and I am a qualified Reiki Master based in Shepperton. I have completed both Reiki one and two (Shoden and Okuden), and chose to take my training and understanding to a deeper level, becoming a Reiki Master at the Reiki Academy in London. Reiki Master training has enabled me to bring Reiki into my everyday life, and also allows me to pass on the gift of Reiki to others who wish to learn. I have been attuned in the tradition of both the Western and Japanese lineages.

Reiki has had a hugely positive impact for me; whilst there is no quick fix to healing, Reiki has been the door through which I was able to begin reconnecting to myself and gain a sense of purpose. It has brought balance, healing, connection and clarity into my life, and as a neurodivergent woman it is a powerful tool for self-regulation, reducing anxiety and increasing motivation and confidence. It’s this transformative experience that’s inspired me to want to share Reiki with others.
