What to expect
❋ Opening Circle
On arrival you will be invited to settle in with a cup of herbal tea, before joining the group circle. We will begin with some gentle grounding to help us arrive fully in the moment and settle into the space. We’ll take time for simple introductions and from there you will be guided through an overview of how the session will unfold.
❋ Yoga
As a group, we will welcome the arrival of Spring and awaken body and soul through intentional movement. A practice that begins with grounding, gentle movement, like seeds settling into warm soil, that mindfully grows to invite warm, uplifting energy; just like buds stretching up towards the sun. A beautiful practice that mirrors nature’s own journey from stillness to growth.
❋ Reiki
As the yoga practice winds down, and you are guided into relaxation (Savasana), the Reiki session begins. Reiki will be shared with the group, creating a sense of connection and unity, whilst meeting each person exactly where they are, working for every individual in the way they need most. You will also receive individual Reiki during this time of healing relaxation.
❋ Closing Circle
After Reiki and relaxation you will be invited to gently come back to the circle, where we will become a circle of connected, flowing, Reiki energy (holding hands for those who are comfortable, or facing palm to palm at a distance for those who prefer this option). As Reiki flows through the group this is a great time to set an intention for the season ahead.
We will close the session with a short, grounding exercise to support you in transitioning to the rest of your day, and a moment of gratitude.
